REFUND POLICY

We grant you a period of 15 days for cancelling your order and request a refund from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive. Once the return order has been picked up by a courier partner or self-shipped by you and then once it is received by us and passes our quality check then the refund will be processed to your selected mode within 3-4 working days from the date your order is received by us. COD Orders charges will not be reimbursed. *Refund is strictly subject to your returns passing the quality check. We reserve the right not to accept the return of products that:
  1. We found or believe are being returned after use or washed.
  2. We found or believe are damaged or soiled (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).

Return & Exchange - Terms and Conditions

  • Customers can exchange the order within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Keeping the strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept
    returns/replacements on several product categories like any innerwear, boxers and shorts.
  • We reserve the right not to accept the return of products that:
    A) We found or believe are being returned after use or washed.
    B) We found or believe are damaged or soiled (except where the return is on account of
    damaged goods having been delivered to you).
  • We will arrange the reverse pickup of products once confirmed by the Customer Care Team.
    If you have received a defective product, send us images at care@cult.fashion and we will
    get back to you, once confirmed by the Customer Care Team.
  • Once confirmed by our customer care team, we will arrange the reverse pickup of the Product/s within 2-3 days of receiving the request.
  • Please ensure while returning the product all the original label tags along with the packaging are intact the way it was delivered.
  • In the case of COD order returns, the COD charges will not be refunded by us.
  • If your area pin code is not serviceable for the reverse pickup facility, you will need to self- ship the returned item via any reliable courier partner (no speed post please) Please ensure
    to place a sheet of paper with the details of the Order ID for each item included in the
    package. For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs.
    Therefore, please ensure that a scanned copy of the courier bill/receipt is shared with us
    within 48 hrs of shipping the product at care@cult.fashion

The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:

  1.  It should capture the weight of the return package.
  2. Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, amount, and other details
    should be mentioned.
  3. The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.
  4. Rs 100 will be credited to your wallet for every 500 grams courier.

Your replacement order will be shipped once the original order is successfully collected, and
the tracking details will be shared with you accordingly.

  • How do I check the status of my exchange order?
    You can check the status of your order by clicking Track Order on the www.cult.fashion page post account login.
    Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details by e-mail,
    SMS and WhatsApp notification will be sent with a link. Your tracking link may take up to 24
    hours from the shipping date to get activated. In case of any unusual event which delays
    your order, you will receive an update from us.
